Abstract
The review paper provides a discussion on the factors that influence employee motivation, including cultural and leadership aspects. Further, there is a discussion on the impact of employee motivation on employee retention rate, including perspectives on employee morale and productivity. The review paper discusses the challenges and strategies for employee motivation. Moreover, the review paper has discussed the advantages of employee motivation properly.
