Abstract

Tuberculosis remains a frequent pathology in Africa and particularly in Morocco despite diagnostic and therapeutic progress. Peritoneal localization represents the most frequent form of intra-abdominal localization and is the second cause of exudative ascites after peritoneal carcinosis. The aim of our study is to determine the epidemiological and clinical aspects, and to evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic difficulties.
